We will deliver straight to your door no matter where in the country you are. Your order will be delivered in 3 - 7 days. Please note that if you have ordered furniture or bedding products that involve a lead time, are customised or made to measure, we will contact you regarding delivery.

Free pickup in store
Don’t want to pay shipping charges? We’ll keep your order in store for you until you can collect it. Just select ‘free pickup in-store’ when placing your order, choose your nearest store, and they’ll contact you when your order is ready. All you have to do is bring your order confirmation email, valid ID and the card used for payment and away you go.

Easy returns
If you feel your product breaches the Sales of Goods and Supply of Services Act, you can easily return it to your local store. If you don’t have a local store, don’t worry; we’ll pay for postage. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).
