Installation Services

Important Installation Information

Harvey Norman are offering installation of home appliances. In order to maintain the required social distancing we would ask that you leave the walkway from the entrance of your home to the room where the appliance is being installed clear and accessible with all internal doors open. The install team will call you when they are outside so you can open the front door. Any people in the home should then remain in a different room to our team members at all times. Our team members will wear all the necessary PPE as outlined by the HSE throughout the installation and will attempt to wipe down all surfaces near the installation after they have finished.

Our team members will also take away any old appliances for recycling if required, these will be taken outside and sprayed with a sanitizer before loading on our van.

The current lead time for completing installations is 4 - 6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
