Aftersales Services
Aftersales
For Harvey Norman customers, Lovetech is your first port of call for any technology aftersales services. Should there be a manufacturing issue with your device our Lovetech teams will offer a solution in line with the Harvey Norman returns policy.
Replacement
Devices with a manufacturing defect that are returned to Lovetech within 28-days of sale may be eligible for a replacement. Your Lovetech agent will be able to provide more information based on the product.
Repair
In cases where your device is not eligible for replacement, credit or refund but is eligible for service – check out Warranty Service to see how Lovetech can assist.
