What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a service available across all Harvey Norman stores that allows you to place an order online and collect it at your nominated store. Please note that some items are only available for collection in our warehouses.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click & Collect at Harvey Norman is a free service, so all you pay is the price of your items.

How does Click & Collect work?

Simply add items to your cart and choose our Pickup option from the Checkout page. Enter your details and submit your order. You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will then receive a second email that your order is 'Ready for Collection' at which point you can then visit your chosen Harvey Norman store to collect.

When will my item(s) be available for collection?

All in-stock Click & Collect orders will be ready within two working hours. This is subject to store opening hours, stock availability and order volumes. You will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email when your order is ready.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

When collecting your online order, you should bring:

  • Your current, valid driver's license or passport.

  • A copy of the Ready to Collect email.

  • The bank card used to purchase the item.

How long will my order be held in store?

We encourage all customers to collect their orders within four days of receiving the ‘Ready to Collect’ email. Please contact our Online Customer Service team if you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe.

Can I nominate someone else to collect my online order in store?

If you wish to nominate someone to collect your online order, please contact our Online Customer Service team. Please note that the person collecting the order must have a valid photo ID and a copy of the ‘Ready to Collect’ email.

Can I reserve an item online and collect it in the store?

All online orders must be paid in full online and will then be made available for collection in your chosen store.

Can I return an online order that I have collected from the store?

All Click & Collect orders are subject to the Harvey Norman Online Order Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

To cancel an online order, please contact our Online Customer Service team via email.
