When placing your order, simply select the ‘Contactless Click & Collect’ option, choose the store you wish to collect your item(s) from, and they’ll contact you when it’s ready. Once at the store, stay in your car and one of our staff members will be right with you.

Are the stores open?

Yes, all departments in all of our stores are now open. For your local store’s opening hours please click here.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

You can choose to pick up your order either in-store or using our new Contactless Click & Collect service. When placing your order, simply select the ‘Contactless Click & Collect’ option, choose the store you wish to collect your item(s) from, and they’ll contact you when it’s ready. Once at the store, stay in your car and one of our staff members will be right with you.

Can I get my order delivered?

Yes, you can have an order that you placed online delivered. However, as we are currently experiencing high demand for online orders, we kindly ask that you bear with us as we work to fulfil your order.

When will I receive my order?

As we are currently experiencing a high demand for orders, estimated delivery of in-stock items will take approx 5-7 business days. For an update on your order please click here.

I have received my item but it is damaged, what should I do?

What measures are you taking to ensure you’re stores are safe?

We’re committed to practising social distancing across our spacious stores and have increased cleaning measures to help keep both our customers and staff safe.


  • We will be asking customers to maintain a distance of two metres between fellow customers and staff.

  • We will be monitoring customer traffic entering the store, and we may need to place limits if physical distancing becomes compromised.

  • We will be increasing cleaning measures, including regularly sanitising high contact surface areas and electronics.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available throughout our stores.


We ask all customers shopping in our stores that they adhere to the signage and instructions of our staff. The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remain our top priority.
