Do you deliver outside the Republic of Ireland?

No, we do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland. However, if you wish to order an item(s) to Northern Ireland you can place an order on our Northern Ireland website, www.harvey-norman.co.uk. Please note: orders to Northern Ireland can only be made for furniture and bedding items only.


If you wish to place an order for an item(s) to the Aran Islands you can do so and we will ship your order to the nearest port.

When will I get a receipt for my online order?

You will receive a receipt, which includes a VAT breakdown, once you receive your product.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

You should receive the order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. This might take few more minutes during busy periods. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

I never received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam mail folder for it. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying our confirmation emails as spam. But if it is not there, chances are you might have given us a wrong email address. Please contact our Online Customer Service Team for assistance.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been dispatched or is ready to collect?

Yes. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect. If there is a delay in sending your order we will email or call you about that too. If you need any assistance please contact our Online Customer Service Team

Cancelling or changing your order.

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods, provided that:


  1. we are notified up to 14 days starting from the day after the goods are received by you.

  2. the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state.

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, MasterCard, all Debit Cards and PayPal. We also accept One4all and FromMe2You giftcards.Due to a change in regulations, we can no longer accept One4all Gift Cards online with a value greater than €50.

Unfortunately, at this point, we are unable to accept Harvey Norman giftcards online. In addition, we cannot accept multiple card payments online.
