2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
6.If availing of Contactless Clock & Collect, let the store know you’ve arrived and wait in your car until a member of staff brings your order to you.
