WF 1000XM4 headphones feature intuitive touch control settings – for example, tap on the left earbud to change from Noise Cancelling to Ambient Sound, or double tap on the right to skip to the next track. If you want to customise your touch controls, no problem. The Sony | Headphones Connect app lets you assign alternative options, such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and music volume control, to each earbud. These touch controls also allow you to instantly chat with someone without taking your headphones off by placing your finger over the right earbud to turn the volume right down and let in ambient sound. Better yet, as soon as you speak to someone, Speak-to-Chat automatically pauses the music and lets in ambient sound so you can conduct a conversation – handy if you want to keep your headphones with mic on, or your hands are full! And once your chat is over, your music starts playing again automatically.
WF1000XM4 easily connects to your device using Bluetooth and with helpful features such as Google Fast Pair and Swift pair for Windows 10 it's now easier than ever to connect to all your devices! You don't have to go through all the settings anymore, just a simple click or tap and the 1000X is ready for use. The WF-1000XM4 also features Precise Voice Pickup technology, which uses beamforming microphones and a bone-conduction sensor to allow the WF-1000XM4 microphone to pick up your voice clearly and accurately for hands-free calls – at home, in a café or wherever you are. In addition, the Noise Cancelling lets you hear the person on the other end of the call more clearly, even in noisy situations. You can also manage your day, just by asking your favorite voice assistant. Enjoy entertainment, connect with friends, get information, listen to music and notifications, set reminders, and more!
You can enjoy a full working day of charge – 8 hours – from your Sony Bluetooth headphones with noise cancelling on and store another 16 hours in the charging case.
